Er Primo Fusion in Rome

Er Primo Fusion is the first historic Chinese restaurant opened in the Prati district (Borgo Pio) near the Vatican. It was opened by Chien Lin Wang back in 1987 as a traditional Chinese restaurant. In recent years, the management has passed to his son Jing who today offers revisited dishes of the ancient Chinese tradition, which blend with quality in Japanese cuisine, in a totally reinvented restaurant.
Er Primo Fusion is a restaurant that takes care of every detail in the kitchen, where you can enjoy real specialties in a friendly and relaxing atmosphere.
All dishes are made by chefs with proven experience, including sauces, dumplings and rolls. They use fresh and natural ingredients, such as vegetables, fish and authentic condiments.
